Qingming Festival is one of the 24 solar terms in China on April 4 or 5 of the Gregorian calendar. It has been listed as a national legal holiday. China's traditional Qingming Festival began in the Zhou Dynasty, and has a history of more than 2500 years. Qingming is a very important season at the beginning, so there is a farming proverb of "planting trees, never surpass Qingming. Later, as the days of Qingming and Cold Food approached, and Cold Food was the day when people forbade fire to sweep the tombs. Gradually, Cold Food and Qingming became one. Cold Food became the nickname of Qingming and a custom of Qingming Festival. On the day of Qingming, no fireworks were used and only cold food was eaten.
